Positive: We weren't sure about this hotel as it had just come to the end of a refurbishment. I was pleasantly surprised by the room quality, the bed and linen quality were top notch, I slept so well. There was a slight noise issue half way through our stay, however, it was handled professionally by a staff member called Sarah and the reception team. Would recommend!

Positive: Good vibe Clean room Good lighting options and comfortable bed Nice toiletries and fluffy towels Most staff very friendly
Negative: Eight people in a queue at 4pm check in time with only one member of staff Had to wait a long time in a small reception area. Suggest that is looked at. No sun in pool in afternoon Couldn’t sit even in the shade on the Saturday because there was a very large group of lively young people! For those who don’t live in hot countries instructions for the air con would be helpful!
